Privacy for enquiries

This notice applies when you contact MORROWBOUND about an AI Visibility Check, a sample report or a proposal.

What information do we use?

We use your email address for an enquiry. For orders, we also use your contact name, business name, an optional link to your main online page, industry, city, country and any competitors you specify, as well as any information you send us by email.

What do we use it for?

We use it to handle your request, send the sample report, proposal or agreed deliverable and—if you have agreed—send one relevant follow-up about the AI Visibility Check. We do not use the information for a general newsletter or sell it to others.

How can you opt out?

You can reply to any email at any time and ask us to stop. We will then send no further marketing to that address.

How long do we keep it?

We retain the correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the request, document your permission and administer any opt-out.

Website forms

We use FormSubmit to forward enquiries and orders to our email inbox. FormSubmit therefore also processes the information you submit and states that submissions are retained for 30 days. The service uses reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Read FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Please do not include sensitive personal information in these forms.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate statistics about visits, page views and website performance. Form contents are not sent as part of these analytics. Learn about Cloudflare Web Analytics.
